The government will introduce the Income-tax (Amendment) Bill during the Monsoon Session to replace the existing Ordinance. This bill aims to exempt foreign investors from income tax on their interest earnings and capital gains from investments in government securities. This move is expected to boost foreign investment in India's debt markets by providing tax certainty and making Indian bonds more attractive to global investors.

सरकार आय कर संशोधन विधेयक पेश करेगी

सरकार मानसून सत्र में इनकम-टैक्स (संशोधन) बिल लाएगी, जो मौजूदा अध्यादेश की जगह लेगा। इस बिल से विदेशी निवेशकों को सरकारी सिक्योरिटीज में निवेश से होने वाली ब्याज आय और कैपिटल गेन पर इनकम टैक्स से छूट मिलेगी। इससे भारतीय बॉन्ड वैश्विक निवेशकों के लिए ज़्यादा आकर्षक बनेंगे और भारत के डेट मार्केट में विदेशी निवेश को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
