This particular copy is distinguished by its original white pigskin binding, designed by William Morris himself, and its protective chemise and clamshell box. The book is a masterpiece of the Arts and Crafts movement, featuring 87 illustrations by Edward Burne-Jones and intricate designs by Morris. Approximately 50 copies were commissioned with this deluxe binding, making it exceptionally rare compared to the standard edition.
