Wife Kills Husband, Hides Body for 17 Days

In Alirajpur, Madhya Pradesh, a woman allegedly murdered her husband by beating him with a lathi following an argument over his suspicion of her character. To conceal the crime, she burned the body and buried the remains in a sand pile behind their house. The gruesome secret remained hidden for approximately 17 days. The incident came to light when the deceased's son returned from Gujarat and, suspicious of his mother, discovered the partially burned body. Police have registered a case and arrested the accused woman.
