Keralam Government Acts to Correct Land Fair Value Discrepancies

The Keralam government has begun rectifying anomalies in land fair values across the state, Revenue Minister A.P. Anilkumar announced. Following public grievances, District Collectors have been directed to review complaints and correct valuations. This exercise is part of the government's 100-day action plan to address issues with land values fixed in 2010. Affected landowners can appeal to District Collectors for redressal of excessively high or low valuations. The initiative aims to ensure fair and accurate land pricing throughout Keralam.

केरलम सरकार ने राज्य भर में भूमि उचित मूल्यों में विसंगतियों को ठीक करना शुरू कर दिया है, राजस्व मंत्री ए.पी. अनिलकुमार ने घोषणा की। जनता की शिकायतों के बाद, जिला कलेक्टरों को शिकायतों की समीक्षा करने और मूल्यांकन को ठीक करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। यह कवायद सरकार की 100-दिवसीय कार्य योजना का हिस्सा है ताकि 2010 में तय किए गए भूमि मूल्यों के मुद्दों को हल किया जा सके। प्रभावित भू-स्वामी अत्यधिक उच्च या निम्न मूल्यांकन के निवारण के लिए जिला कलेक्टरों से अपील कर सकते हैं। इस पहल का उद्देश्य पूरे केरलम में उचित और सटीक भूमि मूल्य निर्धारण सुनिश्चित करना है।
