Navratri Day 6: Worship Goddess Katyayani With This Method, Mantra, and Offering

Today, marks the sixth day of Sharad Navratri, dedicated to worshipping Goddess Katyayani, the sixth form of Goddess Durga. Devotees believe worshipping her on this day can remove obstacles in marriage and lead to salvation. The ritual involves offering honey and items made from it, along with hibiscus and rose flowers. Chanting the mantra 'Om Devi Katyayanyai Namah' is recommended. The Goddess, who has a lion as her vehicle and four arms, is best worshipped during the twilight hour (Godhuli Bela).

आज शारदीय नवरात्रि का छठा दिन है, जो देवी दुर्गा के छठे स्वरूप देवी कात्यायनी की पूजा के लिए समर्पित है। भक्तों का मानना है कि इस दिन उनकी पूजा करने से विवाह में आने वाली बाधाएं दूर हो सकती हैं और मोक्ष की प्राप्ति हो सकती है। इस अनुष्ठान में शहद और उससे बनी चीजों के साथ-साथ गुड़हल और गुलाब के फूल अर्पित किए जाते हैं। 'ॐ देवी कात्यायन्यै नमः' मंत्र का जाप करने की सलाह दी जाती है। सिंह की सवारी और चार भुजाओं वाली देवी की पूजा गोधूलि बेला में सबसे उत्तम मानी जाती है।
