INDIA Bloc's Plea Rejected By Chief Justice Of India Ahead of Planned March

Chief Justice of India Justice Surykant has refused a request from Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and leaders of the INDIA alliance for a meeting. The CJI's office informed the opposition leaders via email, about the decision and the reasons behind it. The INDIA bloc had planned to march to the Supreme Court, to submit a memorandum. This memorandum was intended to address concerns about 'vote theft' and the 'SIR, and to demand the resignation of the Chief Election Commissioner.

भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश जस्टिस सूर्यकांत ने कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी और INDIA गठबंधन के नेताओं से मिलने के अनुरोध को ठुकरा दिया है। सीजेआई के कार्यालय ने विपक्षी नेताओं को ईमेल के ज़रिए फैसले और उसके कारणों के बारे में सूचित किया। INDIA गठबंधन ने 'वोट की चोरी' और 'SIR' से जुड़ी चिंताओं को दूर करने और मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त के इस्तीफे की मांग करने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक मार्च करने की योजना बनाई थी।
