Ascertis Credit Secures Over $700 Million For New Fund

Singapore-based Ascertis Credit Group has secured over $700 million in commitments for its fourth private credit fund, Fund IV, with a target of $1 billion. The fund is attracting investments from both existing and new global and domestic investors, including insurance companies, pension funds, and family offices. Ascertis Credit Group aims for mid-teen returns and has begun deploying capital, planning to build a diversified portfolio of 35-40 companies across Asia, excluding China. The fund can participate in transactions ranging from ₹200 crore to significantly larger deals.
