Bengaluru Leads Post-Revision Voter Activity With 32% Rise In Form 6 Applications

Bengaluru has recorded the highest number of voter activity applications in Karnataka following the special intensive revision period. Across the state, Form 6 applications for voter inclusion saw a significant 32.4% increase, while requests for deletions surged by an impressive 291.48%. Bengaluru Urban district alone accounted for the most Form 6 applications, along with the highest number of deletion requests and corrections. Despite a large number of electors being marked as absent or deleted in draft rolls, the city saw a relatively low re-entry rate.
