The Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) successfully cleared a backlog of birth and death certificate applications through a special drive held to 19. An online slot booking system facilitated hassle-free issuance, with applications processed within 30 minutes and certificates delivered in 10 minutes. The drive addressed 841 pending applications up to, correcting 455 files and issuing 62 new birth and 50 new death certificates. This initiative aimed to overcome delays caused by officials being deputed for special intensive revision duties.

मंगलुरु सिटी कॉर्पोरेशन (MCC) ने 19 तक चले एक विशेष अभियान के ज़रिए जन्म और मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र आवेदनों का बैकलॉग सफलतापूर्वक निपटा दिया। एक ऑनलाइन स्लॉट बुकिंग सिस्टम ने परेशानी मुक्त प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने में मदद की, जिसमें आवेदन 30 मिनट के अंदर प्रोसेस किए गए और प्रमाण पत्र 10 मिनट में डिलीवर किए गए। इस अभियान में 841 लंबित आवेदनों को निपटाया गया, 455 फाइलों को ठीक किया गया और 62 नए जन्म प्रमाण पत्र और 50 नए मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र जारी किए गए। इस पहल का उद्देश्य विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण ड्यूटी के लिए अधिकारियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति के कारण हुई देरी को दूर करना था।
