धौलपुर कोर्ट ने एक पुलिस वाले के खिलाफ FIR का आदेश दिया है। उस पर एक चोरी के आरोपी को तीन दिन तक गैरकानूनी तरीके से हिरासत में रखने का आरोप है। कोर्ट ने आरोपी को छोड़ने का भी हुक्म दिया, जिसने जुर्म कबूल कर लिया था और चोरी की मोटर साइकिल बरामद कराने में मदद की थी। कोर्ट ने पुलिस के अमानवीय बर्ताव और कानूनी प्रक्रिया के गलत इस्तेमाल की निंदा की।
