दिल्ली पुलिस ने जंतर-मंतर पर 5 से ज़्यादा लोगों के किसी भी जमावड़े पर रोक लगा दी है। इसका कारण सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा और यातायात संबंधी चिंताएं बताई गई हैं। भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 की धारा 163 लागू की गई है, जिसके तहत बिना पूर्व अनुमति के सार्वजनिक सभाएं, भाषण, नारेबाजी और विरोध प्रदर्शनों पर रोक है। इस आदेश का मकसद यातायात को सुचारू रखना और सार्वजनिक व्यवस्था में बाधा को रोकना है। उल्लंघन करने वालों पर दिल्ली पुलिस अधिनियम के तहत कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। यह प्रतिबंध संसद मार्ग पुलिस स्टेशन क्षेत्र में लागू है।
