Jaipur Police Bar Constables From Issuing Challans Using Senior Officers' IDs

Jaipur Police Commissioner Sachin Mittal has issued a directive prohibiting authorised officials from sharing their user IDs with constables for issuing traffic challans. The order clarifies that only officers of head constable rank and above are authorised to issue challans. This directive follows a complaint from a Secretariat employee who questioned a constable's authority after receiving a mobile e-challan. The employee alleged assault and injury during the incident. The commissioner stressed that any violation of the ID sharing ban will result in departmental action against the concerned officer.

जयपुर पुलिस कमिश्नर सचिन मित्तल ने एक निर्देश जारी किया है जिसमें अधिकृत अधिकारियों को ट्रैफिक चालान जारी करने के लिए अपनी यूजर आईडी कांस्टेबल के साथ साझा करने से मना किया गया है। आदेश में स्पष्ट किया गया है कि केवल हेड कांस्टेबल रैंक और उससे ऊपर के अधिकारी ही चालान जारी करने के लिए अधिकृत हैं। यह निर्देश एक सचिवालय कर्मचारी की शिकायत के बाद आया है, जिसने मोबाइल ई-चालान प्राप्त करने के बाद एक कांस्टेबल के अधिकार पर सवाल उठाया था। कर्मचारी ने घटना के दौरान मारपीट और चोट लगने का आरोप लगाया था।
