Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has conceded defeat in snap parliamentary elections to the Student List, a movement that emerged from protests against him. The elections saw the highest voter turnout in over 30 years, with Vucic's party expected to secure 105 seats and the Student List 135 to 140. The student movement gained traction after a deadly incident in Novi Sad and promised to combat corruption and restore citizens' rights.
