In Telangana's Rajanna Sircilla district, the funeral of 80-year-old Konkati Chandrayya was delayed by three days due to a property dispute among his family members. Chandrayya, who died of age-related illnesses night, left behind approximately 1.5 acres of agricultural land and a house. The dispute arose after his son's second wife and daughters demanded a share of the property, which Chandrayya had reportedly transferred to his three daughters three years prior. Despite efforts by villagers and elders, the family could not reach an agreement, forcing police intervention.
