दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने लालू प्रसाद यादव और उनके परिवार से जुड़े IRCTC होटल मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में सजा सुनाने की प्रक्रिया को टाल दिया है। यह देरी इसलिए हुई क्योंकि लालू प्रसाद यादव और प्रेमचंद गुप्ता ने दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में सजा के आदेश को चुनौती दी है। अदालत ने कहा कि जिन आरोपियों को हाई कोर्ट से राहत नहीं मिली है, उन्हें औपचारिक सजा के लिए पेश होना होगा। राबड़ी देवी और सरला गुप्ता को मेडिकल आधार पर छूट मिली, जबकि तेजस्वी यादव को यात्रा संबंधी समस्याओं के कारण छूट दी गई।
