This measure aims to ensure smooth traffic and law-and-order arrangements, preventing candidates from being affected by external disturbances. The report, presented by the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Education, Women, Children, Youth and Sports, follows controversies surrounding the NEET exam. The panel also suggested allowing late entry for candidates under certain conditions and dedicating a separate time window for invigilator formalities.
