Infosys Expands Truist Partnership, Onboards Over 1,000 Staff in Hyderabad

IT major Infosys is expanding its collaboration with US financial services firm Truist to scale its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad. This expanded partnership will see over 1,000 employees onboarded, consolidating capabilities previously managed by multiple suppliers into an integrated operating model. Infosys will assist Truist in establishing a self-sustaining centre of excellence focused on technology, data, AI, and operations. The move aims to reduce third-party dependency and enhance Truist's digital transformation and AI capabilities for better client service.
