आईआईटी (आईएसएम) धनबाद का दुर्गा पूजा पंडाल इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, क्लीन एनर्जी और इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों के लिए ज़रूरी क्रिटिकल मिनरल्स और सेमीकंडक्टर टेक्नोलॉजी को दिखा रहा है। 'छोटे चिप्स, बड़े कल' थीम वाले इस डिस्प्ले में लिथियम और कोबाल्ट जैसे ज़रूरी मिनरल्स को दर्शाने वाले चमकीले क्रिस्टल लगे हैं। इसमें रोज़मर्रा के डिवाइस और सस्टेनेबल डेवलपमेंट के पीछे की सेमीकंडक्टर टेक्नोलॉजी को भी समझाया गया है। यह पहल क्रिटिकल मिनरल्स और सेमीकंडक्टर डेवलपमेंट में संस्थान के रिसर्च को ज़ोर देती है, जिसका मकसद कैंपस कम्युनिटी के बीच साइंस और इनोवेशन के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाना है।
