Bollywood actor Imran Khan has been issued a notice by Mumbai Police, directing him to leave India. Khan was detained for participating in a protest at August Kranti Maidan, where he allegedly demanded the resignation of the Chief Election Commissioner. Police stated action was taken under the Immigration Act for his participation despite not being an Indian citizen. His lawyers claim he was merely passing by and not involved in the protest.
