Vithya Ramraj secured a bronze medal in the women's 400m hurdles at the Asian Games 2026 in Nagoya. She achieved a personal best time of 54.75 seconds, finishing behind competitors from the UAE and Kazakhstan. This medal adds to her previous success, as she also won bronze in the same event at the 2023 Hangzhou Games. Ramraj was also part of India's silver-medal winning mixed 4x400m relay team earlier in the current Games.

विथ्या रामराज ने एशियन गेम्स 2026 में नागोया में महिलाओं की 400 मीटर बाधा दौड़ में कांस्य पदक जीता। उन्होंने 54.75 सेकंड का अपना व्यक्तिगत सर्वश्रेष्ठ समय हासिल किया, जो यूएई और कजाकिस्तान के प्रतियोगियों से पीछे रहा। यह पदक उनकी पिछली सफलता में जुड़ गया है, क्योंकि उन्होंने 2023 हांग्जो गेम्स में भी इसी स्पर्धा में कांस्य जीता था। रामराज मौजूदा गेम्स में भारत की रजत पदक जीतने वाली मिश्रित 4x400 मीटर रिले टीम का भी हिस्सा थीं।
