Ex-Karnataka Minister Injured In SUV-Bus Collision

Former Karnataka minister B Ramanath Rai was injured along with four others in a road accident on Sunday at Sanur Junction. A private bus travelling from Karkala to Moodbidri collided with Rai's SUV, causing significant damage and trapping him inside. Local residents rescued Rai from the vehicle. All injured individuals were transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention. Karkala police are currently investigating the incident to determine the cause of the collision.

रविवार को सानूर जंक्शन पर एक सड़क हादसे में कर्नाटक के पूर्व मंत्री बी. रमनथ राय सहित पांच लोग घायल हो गए। कारकला से मूडबिद्री जा रही एक प्राइवेट बस राय की एसयूवी से टकरा गई, जिससे गाड़ी बुरी तरह क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई और राय उसमें फंस गए। स्थानीय लोगों ने उन्हें बाहर निकाला। सभी घायलों को पास के अस्पताल ले जाया गया। कारकला पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है।
