A United Parcel Service employee reportedly missed an email warning that the parts, coated in radar-absorbing material, could not transit through certain countries due to International Traffic in Arms Regulations. The shipment was handled by freight forwarder DSV A/S on behalf of Lockheed Martin Corp.
