Bihar CM Slams Congress Over EC impartiality claims

Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Sunday criticised the Congress for questioning the Election Commission's impartiality. He cited historical instances where former Chief Election Commissioners received post-retirement benefits from Congress governments, including M S Gill becoming a Union minister and T N Seshan contesting on a Congress ticket. Choudhary asserted that these actions undermine the opposition party's right to cast aspersions on the current poll body. He also dismissed allegations of voter list manipulation, stating deletions followed prescribed rules.
