Noida Authority Amends Master Plan to Allot 13,000 Plots to Farmers

The Noida Authority has amended its Master Plan 2031 to facilitate the allotment of approximately 13,000 developed residential plots to farmers. These plots are intended as compensation for land acquired for development projects. The amendment allows for earmarking these plots on land adjacent to existing village abadi areas, addressing a long-standing demand. This move aims to resolve pending cases and expedite the compensation process for farmers who have given up their land. The proposal will now undergo public objections and suggestions before seeking state government approval.

नोएडा अथॉरिटी ने किसानों को लगभग 13,000 विकसित आवासीय प्लॉट आवंटित करने की सुविधा के लिए अपने मास्टर प्लान 2031 में संशोधन किया है। ये प्लॉट विकास परियोजनाओं के लिए अधिग्रहित भूमि के मुआवजे के तौर पर दिए जाएंगे। यह संशोधन मौजूदा गांव आबादी वाले क्षेत्रों से सटे भूमि पर इन प्लॉटों को चिह्नित करने की अनुमति देता है, जिससे एक पुरानी मांग पूरी हो गई है। इस कदम का उद्देश्य लंबित मामलों को सुलझाना और अपनी जमीन देने वाले किसानों के लिए मुआवजे की प्रक्रिया को तेज करना है। प्रस्ताव अब राज्य सरकार की मंजूरी लेने से पहले सार्वजनिक आपत्तियों और सुझावों से गुजरेगा।
