Trinamool Congress leader Abhishek Banerjee stated that his party lost the West Bengal Assembly elections to the Supreme Court, not the BJP. He claimed the court assured voter list inclusions before polling, which did not happen, and randomisation of counting staff was not followed. Banerjee challenged the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, which removed nearly 91 lakh voters in West Bengal. He also alleged police threats against an accused and planted evidence at a party office.

त्रिणमूल कांग्रेस के नेता अभिषेक बनर्जी ने कहा कि उनकी पार्टी पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा चुनाव बीजेपी से नहीं, बल्कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट से हारी है। उन्होंने दावा किया कि कोर्ट ने मतदान से पहले मतदाता सूची में नाम शामिल करने का आश्वासन दिया था, जो नहीं हुआ, और मतगणना कर्मचारियों का रैंडमाइजेशन भी नहीं किया गया। बनर्जी ने चुनावी रोल के स्पेशल इंटेंसिव रिवीजन (SIR) को चुनौती दी, जिसने पश्चिम बंगाल में लगभग 91 लाख मतदाताओं को हटा दिया था। उन्होंने एक आरोपी के खिलाफ पुलिस की धमकी और पार्टी कार्यालय में सबूत प्लांट करने का भी आरोप लगाया।
