Times of India · lifestyle

A North Dakota couple, Megan and Jeff Hamann, transformed their unlivable red-and-orange kitchen into a traditional farmhouse-style space through a two-phase renovation. Initially spending $803 in 2019 to make it liveable with new paint, flooring, and countertops, they later invested $9,037 in a larger makeover. The project involved DIY efforts, inspired by HGTV shows, and focused on retaining the original wooden cabinets. This phased approach allowed them to achieve their dream kitchen without a complete overhaul.
