Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of imposing an "unofficial emergency" after two CJP leaders, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka, were sent to five-day judicial custody. The leaders were detained for allegedly trespassing into Jantar Mantar and raising slogans. Dipke questioned the offense of waving the tricolour, stating that such actions did not warrant custody, even during the historical Emergency period. He asserted that the country would continue to follow Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's constitution and ideas.
