The Houston Texans have released rookie linebacker Aiden Fisher, a seventh-round draft pick who helped Indiana win a national championship. Fisher was an All-American last season but was inactive for the Texans' recent game against the Tennessee Titans. The team prioritized immediate roster needs, trading for Marvin Harrison Jr. earlier, making Fisher's release a straightforward decision. Fisher is now available on waivers, with any claiming team assuming the remainder of his rookie contract.
