Juvenile Gets Six Months Community Service For Kidnapping, Rs 5 Crore Ransom Demand

A juvenile found guilty of kidnapping a 13-year-old boy and demanding a Rs 5 crore ransom has been sentenced to six months of community service. The Juvenile Justice Board in Jalna directed the juvenile to serve at the district general hospital's children's ward every Monday and Wednesday. The prosecution presented 17 witnesses during the trial, which detailed the incident where the child was abducted on June 25, 2024. Police successfully rescued the boy safely and apprehended two accused while they were attempting to collect the ransom money.

13 साल के लड़के के अपहरण और 5 करोड़ रुपये की फिरौती मांगने का दोषी पाए गए एक किशोर को छह महीने की सामुदायिक सेवा की सजा सुनाई गई है। जालना की किशोर न्याय बोर्ड ने किशोर को हर सोमवार और बुधवार को जिला सामान्य अस्पताल के बच्चों के वार्ड में सेवा देने का निर्देश दिया। अभियोजन पक्ष ने मुकदमे के दौरान 17 गवाह पेश किए, जिसमें 25 जून 2024 को बच्चे के अपहरण की घटना का विवरण दिया गया। पुलिस ने बच्चे को सुरक्षित बचा लिया और फिरौती की रकम वसूलने की कोशिश करते समय दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया।
