Jailer 2 Hindi Release Limited Due To OTT Deal, Faces Box Office Hit

Superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming film, Jailer 2, is generating significant buzz, but its Hindi release faces limitations. Reports suggest the makers have restricted the Hindi version due to an OTT deal, aiming for a quicker digital release. Multiplex chains like PVR INOX and Cinepolis typically require an eight-week gap between theatrical and OTT releases for Hindi films, a rule not applied to South Indian language films which have a four-week window.
