Venture capital firm Peak XV Partners has sold 9.17 crore shares of fintech company Groww for ₹1,756.2 crore. The shares were sold at ₹191.49 each, slightly above Groww's closing price. This transaction represents approximately 1.5% of Groww's equity. Peak XV remains Groww's largest institutional shareholder, holding about 15.7% stake. This sale follows similar stake offloads by other investors like Ribbit Capital and Y Combinator. Groww's stock has seen fluctuations amid these bulk deals.
