Yemen's Houthi rebels have issued a warning to passengers and aviation companies to avoid using airports in Saudi Arabia. This comes after a missile attack on Riyadh airport killed at least 12 people and injured over 300, marking the deadliest incident in a Gulf Arab country since the start of the Iran war. Military spokesman Yahya Saree stated that Saudi airports are now a theatre of operations. Riyadh airport operations were suspended and will remain closed until at least Sunday night.
