The National Football League (NFL) has requested the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) remove a social media video featuring retired star player Brian Dawkins. The DHS used highlights of Dawkins' career, set to heavy metal music, to demonstrate its readiness to protect the US border against a purported immigrant caravan. The video included the caption "Our time has come." NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy confirmed the league's request on Monday. Dawkins retired in 2011 after 16 seasons.
