India Demonstrates Naval Strength in Indo-Pacific

The Indian Navy participated in a multilateral activity in the Indo-Pacific region to strengthen maritime security cooperation. INS Sahyadri and INS Kulish joined the 'ADMM-Plus Experts Working Group on Maritime Security Joint Cooperation Activity' in Subic Bay, Philippines. The event, which concluded, involved experts discussing maritime peace, security, and environmental protection. A sea phase included joint exercises with the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and the USA, focusing on search and rescue and casualty evacuation. This initiative aligns with India's Act East Policy and MAHASAGAR vision.

भारतीय नौसेना ने समुद्री सुरक्षा सहयोग को मजबूत करने के लिए इंडो-पैसिफिक क्षेत्र में एक बहुपक्षीय गतिविधि में भाग लिया। आईएनएस सह्याद्री और आईएनएस कुलिश फिलीपींस के सुबिक बे में 'ADMM-Plus Experts Working Group on Maritime Security Joint Cooperation Activity' में शामिल हुए। इस कार्यक्रम में, जो संपन्न हुआ, विशेषज्ञों ने समुद्री शांति, सुरक्षा और पर्यावरण संरक्षण पर चर्चा की। समुद्री चरण में फिलीपींस, ऑस्ट्रेलिया, न्यूजीलैंड, जापान और अमेरिका के साथ संयुक्त अभ्यास शामिल थे, जिसमें खोज और बचाव तथा हताहतों को निकालने पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया। यह पहल भारत की एक्ट ईस्ट पॉलिसी और MAHASAGAR विजन के अनुरूप है।
