US Court Dismisses Copyright Lawsuit Against BTS and HYBE

A US federal court has dismissed a copyright lawsuit filed against K-pop group BTS and their agency, HYBE. The complainant, Melissa Mays, failed to provide specific evidence to support her claims that the group used her unreleased songs without consent. The court ruled in favour of BTS and HYBE after Mays could not establish valid legal grounds in her amended complaint. This ruling concludes one legal dispute for the popular South Korean music act.

एक अमेरिकी संघीय अदालत ने के-पॉप ग्रुप बीटीएस और उनकी एजेंसी HYBE के खिलाफ दायर कॉपीराइट मुकदमा खारिज कर दिया है। शिकायतकर्ता, मेलिसा मेस, यह साबित करने के लिए कोई खास सबूत नहीं दे पाईं कि ग्रुप ने उनकी अनरिलीज्ड गानों का इस्तेमाल बिना इजाजत किया था। अदालत ने बीटीएस और HYBE के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया क्योंकि मेस अपने संशोधित शिकायत में कोई वैध कानूनी आधार स्थापित नहीं कर पाईं। इस फैसले से दक्षिण कोरियाई म्यूजिक एक्ट के एक कानूनी विवाद का अंत हो गया है।
