India is set to defend its strong home record in T20I bilateral series against the West Indies in the fifth and final match. The visitors have a chance to become the first team to win a T20I series in India since February 2019 if they secure a victory. India has won its last 12 home bilateral series consecutively, a streak that began before the 2022 T20 World Cup. Australia was the last visiting side to win a series in India, achieving a 2-0 win in 2019.
