Udupi MLA Urges Energy Minister For Urgent Sub-station Upgrades

Udupi MLA Yashpal Suvarna has submitted a memorandum to Energy Minister KJ George, calling for the urgent upgrade of Mescom substations to address low-voltage issues and ensure consistent power supply in the Udupi assembly constituency. He highlighted the region's rapid development across various sectors, leading to increased electricity demand. Residents are currently facing significant problems due to low voltage, frequent power outages, and overloaded transformers. The MLA requested the installation of new transformers, capacity enhancements, new substations, and modernization of existing infrastructure to permanently resolve these power supply challenges.

उडुपी विधायक ने ऊर्जा मंत्री से की सब-स्टेशन अपग्रेड की मांग बिजली की समस्या जल्द सुलझाने का आग्रह

उडुपी विधायक यशपाल सुवर्णा ने ऊर्जा मंत्री के.जे. जॉर्ज को एक ज्ञापन सौंपा है। इसमें उडुपी विधानसभा क्षेत्र में लो-वोल्टेज की समस्या और बिजली की लगातार आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए मेस्कॉम सब-स्टेशनों के तत्काल उन्नयन की मांग की गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि क्षेत्र में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में तेजी से विकास हो रहा है, जिससे बिजली की मांग बढ़ गई है। लो-वोल्टेज, बार-बार बिजली कटौती और ओवरलोडेड ट्रांसफार्मर के कारण निवासियों को वर्तमान में गंभीर समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। विधायक ने बिजली आपूर्ति की इन चुनौतियों को स्थायी रूप से हल करने के लिए नए ट्रांसफार्मर लगाने, क्षमता बढ़ाने, नए सब-स्टेशन बनाने और मौजूदा बुनियादी ढांचे के आधुनिकीकरण का अनुरोध किया है।
