Sanjay Raut Submits Explanation in SC Contempt Case, Cites Injustice

Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut has submitted an explanation to the Supreme Court regarding remarks made against the Chief Justice of India and the judiciary. The court had issued show-cause notices to Raut and journalist Nikhil Wagle over these comments. Raut stated that while he respects the court's decisions, he believes his party has been waiting for justice for years. He alleged that his party and its symbol were unjustly taken away, and expressed hope for justice despite the prolonged wait.

शिवसेना (यूबीटी) के सांसद संजय राउत ने भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश और न्यायपालिका के खिलाफ की गई टिप्पणियों के संबंध में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में स्पष्टीकरण दाखिल किया है। अदालत ने इन टिप्पणियों को लेकर राउत और पत्रकार निखिल वागले को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया था। राउत ने कहा कि वह अदालत के फैसलों का सम्मान करते हैं, लेकिन उनका मानना है कि उनकी पार्टी वर्षों से न्याय का इंतजार कर रही है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि उनकी पार्टी और उसका चुनाव चिन्ह उनसे अन्यायपूर्ण तरीके से छीन लिया गया, और लंबी प्रतीक्षा के बावजूद न्याय की उम्मीद जताई।
