Pune Head Constable Drives Car Into Police Commissioner's Residence Gate After Transfer Denial

A Pune police head constable, Amol Vasantrao Bhise, allegedly drove his car at high speed into the official residence of Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar on Tuesday evening. Bhise was reportedly upset over being denied a transfer to his preferred posting and was allegedly under the influence of alcohol. He also damaged the residence's gate during the incident. No one was injured, and a case has been registered against Bhise under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. He has a history of disciplinary issues and was previously suspended.

पुणे के हेड कांस्टेबल अमोल वसंतराव भिस ने मंगलवार शाम को पुलिस कमिश्नर अमितेश कुमार के सरकारी आवास के गेट पर अपनी कार तेज़ रफ़्तार से घुसा दी। कहा जा रहा है कि भिस को अपनी पसंद की जगह पर ट्रांसफर न मिलने से गुस्सा था और वह नशे में भी था। इस घटना में उसने घर के गेट को भी नुकसान पहुंचाया। किसी को चोट नहीं आई है और भिस के खिलाफ भारतीय न्याय संहिता के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। उसके खिलाफ पहले भी अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई हो चुकी है और उसे निलंबित भी किया गया था।
