Reddy's red-ball bowling key to long-term success

India is reportedly looking beyond the injury-prone Hardik Pandya, who has focused on white-ball cricket for years. Shivam Dube has not inspired confidence, leading to Nitish Kumar Reddy being considered. Reddy has also faced injuries, missing recent series due to thigh and knee problems. He recently returned, taking six wickets in two T20s against Afghanistan and one wicket in five overs against the West Indies. Bowling coach Morne Morkel indicated Reddy is in plans for the next World Cup but not as a full all-rounder.
