Kerala Ex-CM Pinarayi Vijayan Summoned By ED In CMRL Case

Kerala's former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition, Pinarayi Vijayan, has been summoned by the ED in connection with the CMRL-Exalogic case. He is required to appear and provide details of his financial transactions, including bank accounts, fixed deposits, and assets both in India and abroad. The ED has also requested information on financial dealings of his family and associated entities. Vijayan had previously approached the Supreme Court seeking a stay on vigilance proceedings, but the court refused an immediate hearing.

केरल के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और विपक्ष के नेता, पिनराई विजयन को CMRL-Exalogic मामले में ED ने तलब किया है। उन्हें भारत और विदेश दोनों में अपने बैंक खातों, फिक्स्ड डिपॉजिट और संपत्तियों सहित अपने वित्तीय लेनदेन का विवरण देने के लिए उपस्थित होना होगा। ED ने उनके परिवार और संबंधित संस्थाओं के वित्तीय सौदों के बारे में भी जानकारी मांगी है। विजयन ने पहले सतर्कता कार्यवाही पर रोक लगाने की मांग करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट का रुख किया था, लेकिन अदालत ने तत्काल सुनवाई से इनकार कर दिया था।
