Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) ने FY27 की दूसरी छमाही के लिए ₹32,000 करोड़ से ज़्यादा की प्रोजेक्ट लॉन्च पाइपलाइन की घोषणा की है। इस रणनीतिक कदम का मकसद तीसरी और चौथी तिमाही के दौरान रियल एस्टेट बाज़ार में अनुमानित वृद्धि का फ़ायदा उठाना है। सितंबर तिमाही के लिए समेकित शुद्ध मुनाफ़े में 62% की साल-दर-साल गिरावट के बावजूद, कंपनी की कुल आय में 38% की वृद्धि हुई। GPL ने पहली छमाही में अब तक का सबसे ज़्यादा ₹16,659 करोड़ का बुकिंग मूल्य हासिल किया, जो मज़बूत परिचालन प्रदर्शन और बिक्री वृद्धि को दर्शाता है। कंपनी प्रमुख परिचालन मेट्रिक्स में अपने पूरे साल के मार्गदर्शन को पार करने को लेकर आश्वस्त है।
