AIIMS Deoghar Partners With Skill Council For Training

AIIMS Deoghar has partnered with the Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) to enhance skill-based training in healthcare. Their digital learning wing, ADDA, signed a memorandum of agreement with HSSC on Saturday. This collaboration will introduce four specialized training programs for healthcare professionals, focusing on practical skills in areas like cardiac disease detection, critical care nursing, palliative care, and women's reproductive health. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, improving competency among healthcare workers.

एम्स देवघर ने हेल्थकेयर सेक्टर स्किल काउंसिल (HSSC) के साथ मिलकर हेल्थकेयर में स्किल-बेस्ड ट्रेनिंग को बेहतर बनाने का करार किया है। शनिवार को उनके डिजिटल लर्निंग विंग ADDA ने HSSC के साथ एक एमओयू साइन किया। इस साझेदारी से हेल्थकेयर प्रोफेशनल्स के लिए चार खास ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम शुरू होंगे, जिनमें कार्डियक डिजीज डिटेक्शन, क्रिटिकल केयर नर्सिंग, पैलिएटिव केयर और महिलाओं के रिप्रोडक्टिव हेल्थ जैसे प्रैक्टिकल स्किल्स पर जोर दिया जाएगा। इसका मकसद थ्योरी और प्रैक्टिकल के बीच की खाई को पाटना है।
