CSJM University to Use AI for Question Papers and Answer Sheet Evaluation

Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University will implement artificial intelligence for generating question papers for odd-semester examinations starting in the 2026-27 academic session. The university also plans to pilot AI-based evaluation of answer books to enhance transparency and technological integration in its examination processes. These decisions were made during the 28th Examination Committee meeting, which also discussed expanding digital evaluation and piloting question paper printing at select centres. The committee aims to balance modern technology with student interests and examination integrity.

छत्रपति शाहू जी महाराज यूनिवर्सिटी 2026-27 शैक्षणिक सत्र से विषम-सेमेस्टर परीक्षाओं के लिए प्रश्न पत्र बनाने हेतु आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस लागू करेगी। विश्वविद्यालय अपनी परीक्षा प्रक्रियाओं में पारदर्शिता और तकनीकी एकीकरण को बढ़ाने के लिए उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं के AI-आधारित मूल्यांकन का भी पायलट करने की योजना बना रहा है। ये निर्णय 28वीं परीक्षा समिति की बैठक के दौरान लिए गए, जिसमें चुनिंदा केंद्रों पर डिजिटल मूल्यांकन का विस्तार करने और प्रश्न पत्र छपाई का पायलट करने पर भी चर्चा हुई। समिति का लक्ष्य आधुनिक तकनीक को छात्र हितों और परीक्षा की अखंडता के साथ संतुलित करना है।
