LPU Student Nikhilan JM Secures 7th Globally at WorldSkills Shanghai

Nikhilan JM, an Aerospace Engineering student at Lovely Professional University, achieved seventh place globally in the Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Technology category at the 48th WorldSkills Competition in Shanghai. He competed against participants from 69 countries, showcasing his technical skills in designing, programming, and operating unmanned aerial systems. Nikhilan qualified for the international competition after winning gold at the Regional Skills Competition and silver at the IndiaSkills Competition 2025-26. The WorldSkills Competition highlights young professionals demonstrating excellence across vocational and technical disciplines.

लवली प्रोफेशनल यूनिवर्सिटी (LPU) के एयरोस्पेस इंजीनियरिंग के छात्र निखिलां जेएम ने शंघाई में 48वें वर्ल्डस्किल्स प्रतियोगिता में अनमैन्ड एरियल सिस्टम्स (UAS) टेक्नोलॉजी कैटेगरी में विश्व स्तर पर सातवां स्थान हासिल किया। उन्होंने 69 देशों के प्रतिभागियों के खिलाफ प्रतिस्पर्धा की, जिसमें उन्होंने अनमैन्ड एरियल सिस्टम्स को डिजाइन करने, प्रोग्राम करने और संचालित करने में अपने तकनीकी कौशल का प्रदर्शन किया। निखिलां ने रीजनल स्किल्स प्रतियोगिता में गोल्ड और इंडियास्किल्स प्रतियोगिता 2025-26 में सिल्वर जीतकर अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता के लिए क्वालीफाई किया था। वर्ल्डस्किल्स प्रतियोगिता युवा पेशेवरों द्वारा वोकेशनल और तकनीकी विषयों में उत्कृष्टता का प्रदर्शन करती है।
