BJP seeks speedy removal of lands from 22-A

Andhra Pradesh BJP president P.V.N. Madhav has urged the Chief Minister to expedite the removal of eligible private lands from the Section 22-A prohibited properties list. Many farmers and landowners are unable to sell or register their properties due to erroneous inclusion. Madhav called for an online system to provide landowners with details supporting their property's inclusion and for clear guidelines to maintain and correct the database. He stressed the need to protect government lands while ensuring eligible private lands are not unnecessarily restricted.

आंध्र प्रदेश बीजेपी अध्यक्ष पी.वी.एन. माधव ने मुख्यमंत्री से आग्रह किया है कि योग्य निजी भूमि को सेक्शन 22-A प्रतिबंधित संपत्तियों की सूची से हटाने की प्रक्रिया तेज की जाए। कई किसान और भू-स्वामी गलत तरीके से शामिल होने के कारण अपनी संपत्तियों को बेचने या पंजीकृत करने में असमर्थ हैं। माधव ने भू-स्वामियों को उनकी संपत्ति के शामिल होने के समर्थन में विवरण प्रदान करने के लिए एक ऑनलाइन प्रणाली और डेटाबेस को बनाए रखने और सही करने के लिए स्पष्ट दिशानिर्देशों की मांग की। उन्होंने यह सुनिश्चित करते हुए सरकारी भूमि की रक्षा करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया कि योग्य निजी भूमि को अनावश्यक रूप से प्रतिबंधित न किया जाए।
