Sri Lanka Schools Closed Amid Deadly Floods

Sri Lanka has closed schools as torrential rains trigger deadly floods and mudslides, killing at least seven people. The severe weather has also damaged 129 homes and forced the evacuation of nearly 3,500 residents. Officials are managing the crisis, with the full extent of the damage and the number of displaced people still being assessed.
