Ujjain Road Widening Gets Green Light

The Indore High Court's double bench has dismissed an appeal filed by the Shahi Masjid Committee in Ujjain. The court refused to stay an order allowing the administration to demolish a part of the mosque for a road-widening project. This decision provides significant relief to the administration, clearing the path for the project's smooth implementation. The committee had sought to prevent any demolition of the mosque's structure, but their appeal was ultimately rejected by the court.

इंदौर हाई कोर्ट की डबल बेंच ने उज्जैन की शाही मस्जिद कमेटी की अपील खारिज कर दी है। कोर्ट ने प्रशासन को मस्जिद के हिस्से को तोड़कर रोड चौड़ीकरण की इजाजत देने वाले आदेश पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया। इस फैसले से प्रशासन को बड़ी राहत मिली है और प्रोजेक्ट के सुचारू क्रियान्वयन का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। कमेटी ने मस्जिद की संरचना के किसी भी हिस्से को गिराने से रोकने की मांग की थी, लेकिन अंततः कोर्ट ने उनकी अपील को खारिज कर दिया।
