Kerala Police are establishing an integrated facility at the Police Training College in Thiruvananthapuram to train personnel in identifying and responding to sophisticated AI-driven cyber threats. The facility, expected to be operational within four months, will offer a controlled environment for simulating cyberattacks and practicing responses. It will feature advanced tools like AI/ML-based threat analytics and a malware sandbox. The initial phase will focus on cybersecurity and cybercrime investigation skills for police officers, with potential future expansion to civilians.
