Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay secured significant investments during his London visit on September 14, 2026. The government signed MoUs with Samvardhana Motherson International Limited for ₹11,000 crore, creating 7,000 jobs. An agreement with Ernst & Young aims to establish a Global Capability Centre with ₹1,000 crore investment and 2,000 jobs in Chennai. Sigma Technology Group will expand its GCCs, creating 600 jobs, and Wilson Power Solutions will invest ₹300.
